Da Lat Arabica Typica, a rare coffee variety of Vietnam\u2019s Central Highlands grows on a hearty tree, has a natural sweetness, is mellow and full of acidity with a slightly sour taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We acquire our coffee beans through <strong>Direct Trade<\/strong> with local farmers. However, due to desease and low yields, it was gradually replaced by the high-yield, Catimor variety. Today, Arabica Typica is cultivated by a select few, in particularly suitable fields, making this product an even more highly cherished variety of Central Highlands coffee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arabica Typica specialty coffee is grown on fertile Bazan soil in Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province, at an elevation of 1200 to 1600 meters. The mild climate and mineral-rich, volcanic forestland produces exceptional Arabica coffee trees known as <strong>\u201cRoyal Coffee\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From February to April each year, coffee trees blossom in unison with other spring plants.
